1. Our Products
All items are handcrafted. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations
in finish, color, and texture are natural and are part of the character of the
piece — they are not defects.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected
fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have
paid for, you will receive a full refund.
3. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom, bespoke, and engraved pieces are made specifically for you and are final
sale, except where they arrive damaged or defective (see our Return & Refund
Policy).
4. Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including designs, images, text, and the NomadCraft
Atelier name and logo — is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or
used without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted
