Return & Refund Policy

At NomadCraft Atelier, every piece is handcrafted with care, and we want you to
love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the
item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition, together
with any original packaging and the certificate of authenticity.

How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact us at support@nomadcraftatelier.com
with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We'll guide
you through the next steps and provide the return address. Items sent back
without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked
and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged
in transit back to us. Original shipping is free and non-refundable where
applicable.

Condition & Loss of Value
Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned worn,
damaged, or not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss
in value, and we may reduce the refund accordingly or decline the return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If
approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within
5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few
additional days to appear.

Exchanges
Want a different size, material, or design? Contact us within 14 days and we'll
arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Any price difference will be
charged or refunded accordingly.

Custom, Personalized & Engraved Items
Because they are made specifically for you, custom, bespoke, and personalized or
engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they
arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within
14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full
refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.
