Every order ships free worldwide, tracked and insured. Transit times run 5-12 business days once your piece is finished.

Because every pendant is made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for crafting before your order ships.

Returns

Changed your mind? Send your piece back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Write to hello@nomadcraftatelier.com to start a return. We'll reply with a prepaid label where available.

Personalised items

Engraved, resized, or otherwise customised pieces cannot be returned unless there is a defect on our side.
