We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, sent with tracked DHL Express.

Processing Time
Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow [3–7] business days
for your piece to be made and prepared before it ships. You'll receive a
confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, DHL Express typically delivers within 3–7 business days, depending
on your destination and local customs. Delivery times are estimates and not
guaranteed.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order so you can follow your piece from
our atelier to your door.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by
your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the
item or shipping price. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We
cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at
