By accessing or ordering from NomadCraft Atelier you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer in the destination country. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them.

Orders and production

Orders are handcrafted on demand in our Ankara atelier, with a typical production time of 5 to 12 business days before shipping. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement while the piece has not entered casting.

Shipping

All orders ship worldwide with tracking and insurance. Transit times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping page for current estimates.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Engraved and custom commissions are final sale. Refer to our Shipping & Returns page for the full return flow.

All designs, photographs, and written content on this site are the property of NomadCraft Atelier and may not be reproduced without written permission.
